The deal is paired with a longer parts warranty. Where Suzuki previously covered parts for six months, cover now runs for a full year. The company frames the extension as a signal of confidence in the durability and reliability of the machines, and as further evidence of its focus on value.
A range built around the purist
Suzuki says the RM-Z line has long been the choice for riders who want a straightforward, competition-focused motocross bike. That positioning matters in a class where much of the recent development effort across the industry has gone into electronics, rider aids and connectivity — the RM-Z has stayed closer to the traditional formula.
Roczen’s title season
The timing follows a strong year on track. Ken Roczen clinched the 2026 AMA Supercross Championship on an RM-Z450 earlier this year, taking five main event wins on the way to the title. Across the 17-round season he finished inside the top five on 14 occasions and stood on the podium 12 times.
It was Roczen’s third major championship aboard an RM-Z450, following the 2016 AMA Pro Motocross Championship and the 2023 FIM World Supercross Championship. Closer to home, the SR75 Suzuki World Team has taken multiple Arenacross titles in the UK on the same platform.

For anyone shopping in the 250 and 450 motocross classes, the effect is straightforward: a four-figure reduction on the up-front cost, plus twice the parts cover. Motocross machines are consumables by nature — they are ridden hard and rebuilt often — so a warranty that runs to a year rather than half of one is a meaningful addition alongside the price cut.
