Škoda Auto returns as Official Main Partner of the Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift for the fifth consecutive year. The 2026 edition runs from 1 to 9 August over a record 1,175 km route from Lausanne to Nice, with 154 riders across nine stages. Škoda is supplying a 75-strong support fleet led by its new all-electric models.
Škoda Auto is once again the Official Main Partner of the Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift, extending a relationship that now stretches to a fifth consecutive year. The race takes place from 1 to 9 August 2026, following what organisers describe as a record-breaking 1,175 km route that starts in Lausanne, Switzerland, and finishes in Nice, France.
According to the organisers, a field of 154 riders from 22 teams will contest nine stages, tackling a total elevation gain of 18,795 m – also billed as a new record for the women’s race.
The support fleet
Škoda is providing the organisers with a fleet of 75 vehicles. The bulk of that fleet is made up of Superb iV plug-in hybrids and all-electric Enyaq models, reflecting the brand’s continued shift towards electrified support cars at major cycling events.
Two newer models take on higher-profile roles. Race Director Marion Rousse will follow the action from the all-electric Peaq, which serves as the event’s ‘Red Car’, while the all-electric Epiq SUV crossover features prominently in the Tour’s publicity caravan.
Jerseys, trophies and reporting
Beyond the cars, Škoda sponsors the green jersey worn by the leader of the points classification. Škoda Design has also created the green trophy handed to the eventual winner of that competition, continuing the brand’s practice of designing bespoke silverware for the races it backs.
The company adds that Katarzyna ‘Kasia’ Niewiadoma-Phinney, named among the race favourites, will file first-hand reports for Škoda’s WeLoveCycling platform during the event.
What it means
Cycling sponsorship remains a central pillar of Škoda’s marketing, and using the Tour de France Femmes to showcase models such as the Peaq and Epiq gives the brand a high-visibility stage for its growing electric line-up. For viewers, it means the support convoy on this year’s race will be more heavily electrified than before.
